Labor Policy

 
1. Do not use forced, bonded, contract-bound, or involuntary labor.
2. To protect the nation’s future productivity and ensure the health and safety of child workers, the employment of child labor under the age of 15 is strictly prohibited.
3. Wages paid to employees comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.  Treat every employee fairly and with respect, and never subject them to brutal, insulting, abusive, or inhumane treatment.
5. Ensure that employees are not discriminated against in employment, promotion, rewards, training, or any other opportunities based on race, skin color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or nationality, disability, pregnancy, religion, political beliefs, social background, veteran status, protected genetic information, or marital status.
6. Respect employees’ legally granted rights to freedom of association. Employees may, of their own free will and in accordance with the law, organize and join associations to promote harmonious labor-management relations and protect employee rights.
7. Provide a healthy and safe working environment, protect the safety of women and night shift workers, and establish policies against sexual harassment.Relevant guidelinesand establish a complaint hotline and email, publicly announced to all employees.
